Reporting a wrong nutrition figure

Please include the barcode and what the label actually says. Most packaged-food errors live in the upstream Open Food Facts record rather than in our code, and the fastest fix is usually to correct it there — that repairs it for every app using the database, not only this one. Send it to us if that is easier and we will handle it.

A product that will not scan

Two different problems wear the same face. If the camera never picks up the code, that is a scanning problem: try more light, hold the phone about 15 cm away, and make sure the whole barcode including the quiet margin either side is in frame. If the code is read but nothing comes back, the product simply is not in the database yet. Tell us the barcode and we will add it.

Billing

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account page, and cancelling stops the next charge rather than cutting off access you have already paid for. If something has gone wrong with a payment, email us with the date and the last four digits of the card and we will sort it out.
